Bucket Smash respects intellectual property rights and responds to valid infringement notices.

If you believe content on this site infringes your copyright, please email support@your-domain.com with the subject line: “Copyright Notice”.

Your notice should include: (1) your name and contact information, (2) identification of the copyrighted work, (3) the URL(s) on Bucket Smash you believe are infringing, (4) a statement that you have a good-faith belief the use is not authorized, (5) a statement that the information is accurate under penalty of perjury, and (6) your physical or electronic signature.

If the content is provided via a third-party embed, we can remove the link/page on our site and, where applicable, help direct you to the original host.

Counter-notice: If you believe a removal was made by mistake, you may send a counter-notice with your contact details, the removed URL(s), a statement under penalty of perjury that the removal was mistaken, and consent to jurisdiction as required by applicable law.

We will review and take appropriate action as soon as reasonably possible.
